Hey Beautiful Being ➺ welcome to my page NaturaCathy. As you probably guessed my name is Cathy and this page has been created to help you reconnect to the deep and transformational healing of Mama Earth, both within you and around you.
I am a channel for her, and through her I am embodying and expanding ever deeper into trust, connection, collaboration and ease. I believe that is what is intended for us as human beings. To realise what we’re truly capable of when we let go of trying to be in control, and instead take part in creating and caring for the world we are lucky to be living in. And that starts with ourselves.
For within us we all hold the unshakeable and ancient energy of the mountain. The soft flowing yet powerful energy of the river, navigating with ease around obstacles. The caressing, whispering or howling energy of the wind that touches you to your core and right down to the depths of your heart. And the transformational and enlightening energy of the fire. All the ingredients for a life truly lived as human BEINGS not just human DOINGS. Feeling and trusting ourselves as more than enough, taking up space courageously and authentically, and feeling the infinite support of the universe and Mama Earth at our back.
My own journey back to nature has been profoundly healing. I used to be a deeply insecure and scattered pleaser type. I was so good at adapting and had so little connection with myself and my body that I didn’t know what I wanted or needed, or where my boundaries were. This resulted in not one but two burn outs, some deep self betrayal and resentment to work through, and some major course corrections needed in my life. Fast forward to now and I am living a wild pioneering permaculture infused life in a burgeoning and supportive village community in Southern Tuscany. I am a writer, an embodiment guide and an earth keeper, and I feel blessed every day to be able to help people re-member who we truly are, and why we’re here.
I hope to get to witness you on your own expansive journey and wish you a magical and en-lightening exploration. We are not alone and you don’t have to go it alone. Take my hand and let’s jump in and have some fun together!
